In Memory of Alumnus Alan G. Zacharia, M.D., Class of '78

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the recent passing of Dr. Alan Zacharia, Class of 1978. Dr. Alan G. Zacharia, M.D., who was a member of the Seton Medical Staff since 1978 in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2009. Dr. Zacharia had been a member of the Seton Medical Staff for 31 years.

 

Memorial services were held Tuesday, Sept 1, 2009 at the Skylawn Memorial Park, Lifemark Center in San Mateo.
